The following is an amendment to the terms & conditions for booking any service with Ian Brittain Photography.
** These changes do not apply to any existing bookings.
As of the 9th of August 2022;
Booking fee:- a booking fee of £100.00 is required to secure the booking date.
Balance:- the balance is now required 4 weeks prior to the event.
Refunds:-
The booking fee will be refunded if the event is cancelled within 14 days of payment. Alternatively, the booking fee can be held if the date is to be postponed instead.
The balance will be refunded if the booking is cancelled at least 14 days prior to the event, as per the above, the booking fee will be retained and/or the balance can be held and if the date is to be postponed instead.
If the event is within 4 weeks when the booking is made (i.e. last minute booking), the full amount is required to secure the date.
